Shelter Manager: Waterbury Family Shelter
The Shelter Manager works to administer and fulfill the mission of the shelter and to maintain a safe, clean, and positive facility. The Shelter Manager is responsible for daily shelter management of the Waterbury Family Shelter, which includes supervision, training, and scheduling of staff, as well as maintaining the meals calendar and in-kind donations. The Shelter Manager works closely with the organization’s Director of Operations and Services on items related to house management and guest services. They will also work with the Director of Development and Communications to provide relevant data and information for fundraising needs. The Shelter Manager will hold on-call staff shifts and be a source of support for all staff.
