The shelter may be closed for the season, but LCH is continuing outreach for folks staying in hotels and outdoors. The summer brings different challenges for those without homes. The following items could greatly help someone this summer.

- lanterns / flashlights / headlamps (with batteries)
- sunblock
- bug spray
- backpacks
- first aid supplies
- thermoses
- small coolers
- small propane tanks
- water bottles (reusable)
- sun hats
- shampoo and conditioner (big bottles)
- razors/shaving cream (men’s & women’s)
- body wash
- grocery store gift cards
- gas cards
- laundromat vouchers/gift cards
To donate any of these items, please email us at giving@lamoilleshelter.org to organize drop off or pick up. Please do not leave any items at the Yellow House shelter in Hyde Park as we are not currently working out of that building. Thank you so much!
